Freight is not included in product pricing. It is calculated and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days, If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be held until all items can be sent unless requested otherwise. Please note extra shipping charges may apply if split deliveries are required.
If you do not receive your order within 10-14 working days, please email sales@byronandyorke.com so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products advertised should be in stock, unless the dispatch date is stated . On this occasion, your order will be shipped to you once we have received it into stock. Occasionally we run out of a product and when this happens, we will offer a refund or exchange.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns on “change of mind” goods. Please be careful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour of a certain product, please email sales@byronandyorke.com and we will be happy to help.
Return of faulty items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate style is unavailable for exchange. To report a faulty item, please email the details of the damage and an image to sales@byronandyorke.com, and quote your invoice number.
Sale items and samples are not returnable or refundable.
